If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to provide a clear, fair, and transparent solution.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included components.
• The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Because many of our teaware products are handcrafted or kiln-fired, minor variations in color, glaze, or texture may occur. These natural characteristics are part of traditional ceramic craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Customers must provide:

• Description of the issue
• Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
